I am just wondering if it is smarter for a mayor to build most of the stuff in there town or just make plots. I am also wondering if I just sell farm permits, Apartments/Condos, And Houses is it as worth it as just selling plots?
Depends on what u want with Free build plots they can build the house out of whatever with pre built plots its stays toward the theme but I find more people wanting plots instead of pre-built ones honestly it is ur call if u want ur town toward a theme ur best option is pre-built and if u dont care go with plots
