I'm collecting polar bears in rising and they seem to be disappearing. I lost 5 last night and 1 this morning. The 5 I lost last night all disappeared within a matter of a few minutes from 3 separate locations. They all definitely had name tags and just disappear as if being butchered. I've been transporting them for a couple of weeks and haven't had any problems until now.
I wonder if it is possible that they have simply stacked somewhere? Hopefully, you will find them. I also have noticed that name tags don't prevent butcher at times it seems.
Now all of the bears I collected are gone. I spent several weeks transporting them to my town and they are all gone. I had almost 50. I checked about an hour ago and they were all there and now not a single bear. They were all securely in enclosed pens so no way of escape. Hopefully there is some way to get them back. Can't imagine what happened but I'm heartbroken.
I've located the problem and will be pushing a fix in the coming hours during maintenance that should prevent this in the future when it comes to animals and named animals. Mobs on ECC have always had weird problems/etc when it came to hoarding them and collecting them. Unfortunately we cannot roll the server back for a few mobs. I'm sorry to all who have been affected by this, the same has happened several times in the past sadly. Mobs on Rising should not stack.
