I was the Top Builder. I'm the one on top of his game, voting from day 1. I had a 10x10 plot the first day (Lakeside). I went back to see if it was still standing after RyanBlocks2 posted his builder home.

There were chests on the back wall before I moved out, and the left (top picture) wall was covered in 12 furnaces that I used a lot.

Originally intended for living space, this floor was converted to storage using wood stairs for the ceiling/next story floor, allowing chests stacked to the top.

This was intended as the "worker's floor." I'm in the connection to my private floors. This was covered by a trap door only I could open. There was a door on the left of that window with a ladder going down to the alley behind the house. I would add my workers to this door and they could get in, but not to my private spaces. There was a public chest for them to store things in temporarily which I also used to provide materials. There was also a workbench. When I got Res, I had signs all over the walls buying mining and farming items for a little more than server price.

After building a few floors of my skyscraper farm, while still a Builder, I underpaid other Builders to build it following the format I had been building with. I paid one person $200 per floor or two people $150 per floor. I only did the first few and last few floors. They did good consistent work, though.

I grew all kinds of crops in here.

I had potatoes, carrots, wheat, melons, pumpkins, sugar cane (1 floor), Nether wart (1 floor, 1 floor never planted) and even vines on the walls. Even if they're worthless. The top four floors were double tall and were made for trees, one for each type. The only ones that really grew were the Oaks on the top (no roof)

The floor of the last layer of dirt is at y=143. This is a sea town.

When I got Resident, I ran an exclusive warehouse-style shop under the house. I sold things for pretty much server price, only to people who owned their own shop and paid a one-time $500 entry fee.

Imagine tons of WAY underpriced signs all over everywhere. I also hired some builders to help remove the water. I think I paid them well, but I don't remember.

Then, I remained in that house until I got mayor. I eventually sold the plot (and the one next to it; the person there quit and gave everything to me) for 5 or 6k. The buyer has done nothing with it, and has been gone from the server for 6 days as of right now. Everything is as I left it.

And with that, I will be inactive for college. See you all in summer and maybe breaks (But I'll probably be reading)
