I have recently lost an eff7 because of a twitch stream I did. I believe that twitch is not in any way a part of ecc. I honestly am really upset because I did not do anything g wrong on the server. I have lost a lot of respect for the people who took it from me and the server to. Donations help, thanks guys.
There is a problem, but I don't think it lies in the fact that twitch isn't affiliated with ECC. It was a stream of ECC, and you advertised it on ecc. The problem is that you acquired an eff 7 legally, however unpopular your decision to keep it was. If you bullied other players, a punishment in the form of a temp ban should have been given out for bullying. There's no reason (in my opinion) the (legally acquired) pick should have been returned, despite what personal feelings the mods or the community might have.
An unnamed user dropped an Eff 7 accidentally and Ihaz picked it up. He refused to give it back and the staff team forced him to give it back.

While were here, I need money for the pumpkin axe @voiD_yO threw in lava. Some say its worth 10k, but its worth 100k in sentimental value, so in order to fully recover I will need 100k. (The fact that he replaced it isnt important so void be quiet) Void should also be perma'd.
