Hello mystical. You were banned for griefing sugarcane in my farm. I just wanted to let you know that if you wanted perms to the farm again it would cost you $6,000 as per your agreement to my farms rules, specifically stating that if you are banned for grief or any other type of misconduct, getting perms again would cost double the price you paid initially. If you cannot pay the full amount upfront please pm me in game so we can work something out. I usually do not extend this invitation back to pumptrump to players after griefing. Fixing an area that has been griefed costs me a lot of time and money and also soils my farms reputation whether it was you at the computer or a friend. I ask that if you accept this invitation back, that you be more careful regarding who has access to your account. Also, since your grief incident, pumptrump has changed. My farm no longer offers non-stem crops such as wheat, sugarcane and netherwart. This is because we were repeatedly having issues with people not replanting and/or griefing. We have added a second pumpkin floor (which is currently under construction) as well as a third floor dedicated to melons. Just something for you to consider. Thanks, L_Vader
L_vader, please in the future handle this kind of thing in Forum PM or in game. It is not relevant to whether the player in question gets unbanned or not and therefore should not be on his ban appeal.
Hello Mistical_Tomahwk, I am glad you have decided to appeal your ban. Before I get into the issue of your unbanning I would first like to discuss your crime. First and foremost regardless of who was on your account the account owner in question will always be held accountable. That being said the rule you broke is as follows: Considering the amount of time that has passed I will be lenient, however, this was a very serious offense.
