    please unban rikari88, I don't know why he was banned in the first place, but he is the mayor of my town and a very good moderator.

    I know that I have probably should not discuss this, and also, the user should submit his own appeal/ But I have spoken to rikari and he states that he has never done anything wrong, just a simple, miss communication. Sorry if mini-modding.

    Rikari will have to appeal directly to andrewkm and see if he will allow him back on on a strict temp-ban basis.
