I originally thought it impossible to die at spawn area, but i did. i was in the lookout tower when i jumped out. i didnt hit the ground, but rather a building. i instantly lost everything! i hope the staff will be able to fix this very soon. thank you for reading.
Hello Doowah, You most likely jumped from one of our towers into one of the towns right next to spawn. This can result in you taking damage, and possibly dieing. I am afraid that there is nothing that we can do to refund your items. Also, when writing complaints use the format that can be found here.
