Brief Description:
Cosmic was somone i met on annother server and i told him about this one, we played it a while then i said, hey whatif we play minigames on my realm. so we played that for a while and then he started hacking and i banned him BUT i forgot about this. i went to go eat a snack and i got a text on my phone saying "if you don't give me your credit card number i will grief your town" i quickly turned my computer on but i was too late. i messaged a moderator as quick as i could. but he already confessed in global chat and was banned what i want to know is why i have to write a request.
Which users own the griefed area, or are allowed to edit blocks in the area
