Hey all, I am looking to build a mansion, although this will take some great effort. I either need someone in the near future willing to help me build, or to do all on their own. Here is the building I wanted to build: It is from the movie, the great gatsby. If you think you have the ability to help build, or to build on your own. Let me know and I will keep you in mind for the soon to be project. I'm willing to pay a large buck, but will have to accumulate the capital before I commence project. Are you capable or this, and why?: Yes i am capable i always make sure the house is perfect and very unique and try to make it just like you want it. What is your experience in building, can you post an image of it?: Yes i can if you like and im experienced in mainly building mansions and other large and modern houses. I am looking to build this house, in the most detailed form possible [so really really big like 100x100], how much would you realistically quote on the project?: I would quote only about 175k if you include materials. I will go lower if you pick me to do the project all depends on time. I have fly so wont take me as long as others.

Are you capable or this, and why?: I am very experienced at building large projects, hence why I was recruits by http://www.mcmiddleearth.com/ to help build some of the places found in the Lord of the Rings. -Also I built several rides for http://chaoscrafter.com/index.html, which gained me the rank architect on their server. What is your experience in building, can you post an image of it?: There are many picks from the Lord of the Rings website which I helped to build, and I have built several other smaller things on ECC but nothing incredible so far. I am looking to build this house, in the most detailed form possible [so really really big like 100x100], how much would you realistically quote on the project?: I would be able to build it alone for a price of 250K including materials, this is based on me spending a very long time building it to very high standards. -Estimated time to complete 3 weeks +.
Are you capable of this, and why?: I believe I am, well if I took the job, it would be me and a few of my brothers. We like grouping up on big extravagant projects. What is your experience in building, can you post an image of it?: Our team has a lot of experience, and you can check it out by just going through our towns. Head on down to shroomtopia, the bottom floor that still has portals, far outside ring. I think it is floor 13, not sure. Or just pm me when online, and I can give you a tour. Interior and others, there is a lot of factors. I would really have to go through it with you to price it out. I promise it wouldn't be outrageous though.
