Well, I can because I'm a moderator. I don't think you should be able to. If you were, it would be from the time you sent it to the time they read it.
Moderators need it for moderating purposes, obviously. I'm guessing it's because it's supposed to be like e-mail, you can't edit it after you send it, or a conversation, you can't edit what you said without going back in time. ^ all speculation though. I'm sure it has some reasonable explanation like that.
I asked if other can and they answered they could But I only asked mods , so I just think it was bug. But feel free lock it then
