I was online today before the server maintenance started and added a few items to my almost full player vault. this included maces tridents and items from yesterday's maze run. I also had a star sword in there as well, and most of these items were owned already. I do have screenshots for most of them. to conclude the story after the server maintenance was completed and I logged back in I thought everything was cool until I checked my player vault which is completely empty. Hopefully this issue can be fixed. i just got the free trial yesterday
I just want to confirm, is it a pv or a tb? Im only asking cause ive had people get those two confused before so i want to make sure your items aren't just in a tb instead of a pv
I cannot reproduce this in any way. At the time of our maintenance, your player vault (1) had nothing in it. I also do not see it as being open immediately pre maintenance as the last time you opened it was at 3:18:19pm EST with the plugin disabling at 7:49:03pm EST for the maintenance.
If you could, maybe providing your item id for your Star Sword could help, at least in tracking down where the sword went.
#M8AV15FQ (sword) was last registered to have moved out of a shulker box to you on 2025-03-16 #M8APVKX1 (trident) was last registered to have been moved out of your player vault #1 to you on 2025-03-16 #M7N5POAA (mace) was last registered to have been moved into your player vault #1 from you on 2025-03-15 unsure if I'm able to pull timestamps, as I only checked through chatcraft for tool logs. mace was the only item allegedly in your player vault pre-maintenance, the other items being from what I can tell on your character
I've checked everywhere every chest every shulker box, I don't have the oceanborn trident, the other two tridents, or star sword, or both maces and my vault is still empty I am absolutely stumped at this point, and I have given all of the info I possibly can and none and I mean none of the items are on my person or in a shulker that I have i know i put all of the items in my playervault to keep anyone from getting to one of my shulkers or chests incase i forgot to lock them and ill stick to that because that is the last place i saw all of the items im not here to argue with anyone but i know where i put everything and i have no more information to give i can confirm none of these items are on my person and the last time i saw all of them was in my playervault if nobody can fix this id rather know sooner than keep this forum post going and wasting anybodys time going back and forth at this point i wish i wouldnt have even used the player vault i had no problems until i used it lmao
I can confirm that everything was moved into his pv, because the reason he did was me. Told him to keep em safe, we were in a call when he did so my assumption is the tool logs are incorrect. I have checked his, mine, and Nessie’s plot for his gear; he doesn’t use tb at all. As to why his pv was the only one affected is beyond me, but having lost his stuff I think he’s owed at least something.
last thing i need to ask, could you also check your pv's and inventory on both our main servers? /m and /mn i want to double check its not on one of the other servers chilling
We’ve only played on main, Nessie was the one that got us to join the server. So we’ve stuck with him the whole time, I’ve checked all 3 of mine and all my shulkers in my base
sometimes after maintence people get stuck on mn, so i want to be sure you guys got put back on the right ones
