I think those are "first-timers" as I have never seen those names before. Idk if that has anything to do with it.
I have seen it before but I just came to the conclusion that it was when they crashed It used to do it a lot but only to me when I crashed or got kicked, but it soon went away But it has started up again and I too are stumped.
