Hello Literoid, Please note that when applying for Resident, the $15,000 was deducted from your account. Having a Resident and Pilot application in at the same time would require you to have a balance of over $35,000. Once your balance is at or over $20,000 you can apply for Pilot Denied - Lack of funds.
