PetRider Conflicts with pet Leading to 2 pets

Brief Description:
When using pet and petrider, you have have 2 pets essentially sitting on oneanother out at a single time,

Instructions:
Do /pet Villager (Or Any Pet)

Then do /Pet Rider Villager (Or any Pet, doesnt have to be same animal)

Then the second pet spawns ontop of original pet.

How many times did you recreate this?:
Twice
Myself and @Videowiz92 tried with multiple pets.

Result:
Two pets sitting on each other.

Expected Result:
Not to be having a threesome with two villagers.
