It's funny but I've having a very similar problem. Since andrew had the last post i clicked on it earlier. And of course after I read a thread and come back, the thread will be darkened out blue, but if someone replies, it turns lighter blue. Funny enough, this thread keeps saying there's a post I haven't read yet. It doesn't display trev's or andrew's post as new, but it keeps telling me there's unread posts.
I want to say its because Andrew posted on it. It's highlighted as an "important post"? I get the same issue.
Your thinking of a sticky, he just highlighted it. Aka, more important then a regular thread, not important enough to be stickied so everyone can see it forever.
Yeah, I understand why it wouldn't be sticky, but it's confusing that "highlighted" looks the same as "unread."
My eyes usually glaze over read threads, and ignore them completely. It's only when I see an unread thread that I notice it. I assume this is the reasons it looks that way.
