Hi there! I have a suggestion for permanent ban replacements. For example if you`re accused of x-raying you could be subject to a 1 month ban then 1 week ECC jail, then 1 week of ECC Community service, then a 5 or 6 paragraph essay about ECC or a random topic. This would get it deep into a very dedicated ECC player to never X-ray again and make them know the rules very good instead of just a harsh perma ban. I know this will probably be rejected but it would be a good system to see how loyal they actually are if they get an x-ray perma ban.

If it did, the user would have to sit in game for a total of 168 hours before the jail time lifted. Also, while in jail, you have to move every ~30-60 seconds, or.. time increases, I believe it was. Many users (even the older, mature users) don't have time to write an essay for a server. Whether they are dedicated or not, that would be.. pointless... Nor do they have enough time spent on the server (most users, anyway) to even have enough material to write. Donators who xray already have a very, very slim chance of coming back... Anyone who hasn't donated and is an xrayer (most commonly players who have been around less than a month) doesn't care about the server. Those who care read the rules or have enough common sense not to xray. :b Not sure how community service could even work on a game like this...
