I will start the contest when I get 10 entrants, if after 1 week less than 5 people have applied the contest will not happen and all entrants will get a refund. (If I get more than 10 entries, for every entry from then will add $800 to the grand prize. If I get 5-9 entrants, the prize will be 3k for 5 people and go up by $250 with each entrant.)
