Many servers provide paintball as a way of entertaining, so I think it would attract new players which could potentially become donaters! I think games of 4-6 people and a prize of around $500 because it will be difficult to win but not as difficult as Survival Games where you win up to $2500. Comment your suggestions!
Yeah, Andrew doesn't want to make ECC a mini-game server. There are many reasons not to add another mini-game. Lag, distraction from Economy, lag, ect. Mainly lag...
The server doesn't have ANY mods installed ANYWHERE. Having a mod involved means nothing. HG is plug-in. Towns are a plug-in. Locked chests are a plug-in. Portals are a plug-in. Having a mod on the server would mean that EVERYONE would have to download it and use it AT THE SAME TIME. On the other hand, plug-in's require the players to do nothing. Besides, kuke said himself that another mini-game would cause tons and tons and tons of more lag, and, you don't have to have just the plug-in. You also need to create another world (or more likely, like 4 more worlds for arenas) and find a place at spawn, hook up 3 dozen teleport signs are signs that even keep track of the game. Configure prize money to be added to winners accpimt. It's just lag lag lag and like other people have argued before, it distracts from the economy and we don't want to be known as a mini-game server. I don't mean to sound harsh or angry. But I'm just pointing out the things already said about paintball. I believe there has been another suggestion about it.
Not trying to sound like a **** but it uses no mods i don't no where your getting that from. It uses Snowballs for paintball all the arenas could be combined into one world and unless there is a conflict another plugin we use it should not cause any sort of lag what so ever.as for people saying this is not a mini game sever i think this would be a cool thing to add to the server it is better than hg and it is just another thing to do on the server also it would attract more people.Once the plugin updates i will post a link here.
I honestly find it annoying how people like to repeat suggestions that were already rejected like only a week ago. MBK2345, just scroll down the suggestion page and you will find another thread on a suggestion on paint ball.
That's a good thing, lots of suggestions is a good thing. Sometimes people like em, sometimes they don't. and sometimes they just aren't possible
