IGN: @cartoonr Users Involved in this Contract: @Ian__D General Purpose of Contract: To securely pay the amount of $75,000 eco city dollars to @Ian__D in exchange for his town, Hillcrest. He will make me the only owner,and remove himself. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @cartoonr agree to give @Ian__D $75000 for his town of Hillcrest, @Ian__D will set up two trade signs, for me to give $40,000 , it must be located at the coordinates of 4662 66 -6399 in legacy, he must add me as an owner, and then create another trade sign for me to give the other $35,000 to at the coodinates of 4665- 66 -6400 in legacy , then remove himself as owner and I have become the only owner. These actions will not be taken until the contract is bound, and must take place within one week of the contract being bound. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Ian__D must, as soon as the money has been received from the $40,000 sign, which he must make at 4662 66 -6399 in legacy, add @cartoonr as an owner of Hillcrest, await $35,000 from me, 4665-66-6400 in legacy and then immediately remove himself after removing the trade sign. @Ian__D is only permitted to salvage his OWN chests, and own head from the Hillcrest entrance upon moving out. He must not make any changes to the landscape, or structures built on the town. These actions will not be taken until the contract is bound, and must take place within one week of the contract being bound. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
