One Year on ECC!

Hello everyone! 1 year ago today, I searched "best minecraft servers" on google. I saw this one and was instantly intrigued. This is my first server I ever did/have/will play on

I started out not knowing much, so I read over the server commands board at spawn at least 10 times and memorized everything, to make sure I didn't look nooby. I decided I would play this server like I would a normal single player survival, so I went to warp, made a base, and just started mining. To my dismay, I realized I could not place water/ice so I was without any food, and the food shop was too overpriced for me. I happened to find a zombie spawner, so I sent a good hour just killing zombies for food. Eventually someone came along and broke mine . I mined and mined until I had a decent set of armor and tools, then focused on money. I got enough to buy a plot from a president named Georgie, he was my first mayor and gave me a plot. He then showed me his melon farm underground! Boy did I think I hit the jackpot on that one. FREE FOOD! Georgie noticed me farming and asked if I was making money, I told him I didn't want to ruin the food for others (I didn't know farming was a thing) and he taught me what to do. I had a silk1 pickaxe, so I farmed those melons for around 2-3 hours. Eventually I had finally started talking in global and such, and made my first friend! Caitlin_Crime. She then sold me a plot and farm perms to the town of remmington, which I was the first member of. I then also met Jackson_G14 who didn't play AS much but still was my second friend. I farmed wheat at the remmington farm along with caitlin, and we both got resident within a day of eachother. I then met Orkin. He wa a cool dude who gave me perms to his 200x200x3 nwart farm, along with free ereps. Oh boy did I farm those nwarts. I farmed well over 1 million netherwarts in my day, and sped through donation features, my first one being fly from OmniCrafter. I was an avid farmer and a good one at that, I bought many features and got to mayor quickly. I was concerned mostly with money however, so I still didn't have many friends. I then met origamimaster10 via Caitlin and we became friends. He sold me a sweet house in his town and that's where I met Ctoolme/Nutty cole! The best brother combo on ECC! I got my first eff7 finally after buying all the "needed features" (pyro+, fly, commands+, /back). I saw a guy asking in trade for an eff7 use, for his secret project, he seemed like an honest guy so I let him use mine for free. Eventually I just gave him access to a chest with it and he introduced me to his friends, nicit6 and Barely_tryx_hi. These three people became my really good friends and we were in a party chat always talking. We eventually all pitched in and bought a town chat, which is still used today. After a while I joined the team of America! It was really fun and I met some great people, some of which I am still friends with, but eventually it came to an end. I then signed up for TeamRheas, I was so nervous and wanted to get in so badly, and I did! I was part of the SG team and loved it! I am still apart of TR and the friends I've made in it are some of my best .
