Welcome Current Residents/Future Residents of Oakvale! Here is the official thread for Oakvale! UPDATE - 1/26/2013 First off, I would like to begin this post talking about the progress so far. From my last thread, I talked about the future plans for Oakvale, and most of it changed. The tree will no longer exist just yet. The tree will be in the center of the town and will hold the future portal. I made a large mansion that will be the location of the grand opening when we actually get to that point. I made the museum and I am currently trying to get money so that when we open, we have a portal. I have also been getting the last of the LWC's out of the way and taken care of for the town and I have been setting down fences for all the plots. I will soon be selling plots. I have a list of prices, so do you (whoever is reading this) think this price list is okay? 10x10 - $1k20x20 - $2k5x5 Storage/Bed room - $250I am hoping to get Oakvale up and running very soon. UPDATE - 12/23/2013 I've decided to come back onto ECC during break so I will be able to finish off Oakvale! I'll be selling plots soon, so make sure you check out trade chat/this thread for more info!
20x20 should be more expensive considering it's 4x the size of a 10x10. And fer cryin out loud Itsa, if you were building something awesome why didn't you hit me up? I'd be glad to help.
