Currently taking no new app for membership. Hello everyone and welcome to the official thread of the town of Snowmass. Snowmass is a quiet mountain town with a growing farm and stone walls around it. The town is still in development stages but it is now accepting new plots as well as builders. Town Features: 1. Town Portal: Level 5; Lapis right side So what are the rules of snowmass you ask? They are as follows: 1. All server rules apply 2. Greifing, Stealing, or not replanting will result in immediate removal from town. You can however appeal to me here in this thread about coming back to the town after 30 days if you can show remorse and a understanding of why you were removed. 3. If you are a builder rank you will not have to pay for a plot. However Resident+ will. 4. If you would like to apply for a plot and you are a builder please follow the format posted below. 5. If you wish to donate to the creation of the wonderful town please pm me here or send me /mail ig 6. If you are inactive for longer then 14 days (that's two weeks) you will be removed and lwc report filed. If you have circumstances that you cannot avoid just simply mail me or pm me So why should you join? Well first it's a quite mountain town and it will stay that way. There is a budding farm that will grow and grow upward. . If you provide money you will be recognized in town as a donator! Builders you don't have to apply any longer in order to get a plot. Please pm me or /mail me in game and I will get you a free plot! Also due to construction that is going on in town I am cutting prices! Here are the new prices for plots! 10x10: 500 15x15: 1250 if you wish to see the town just send me a pm or /mail!
Due to issues regarding a new member in snowmass the only way to be apart of snow mass is to talk to me personally. Please pm me and we can discuss it further also it is still free for builders and res so please let me know!
