You can build the thing you want to then I will charge you on the amazingness of the building: the better, the less you pay This is all to entice people to make the best thing they can. (Don’t worry, even if you make a not as good building, the most I will charge is 2500 EcoDollars) Before you decide to post a reply, send me a message on the forums, or send me a mail in game (/mail send ccapfer *your message*) I want to lay down a few rules: Absolutely NO griefing. Any and all griefing found will be reported, filed, and you will be kicked out of the town with no chance of repayment. (And the possibilty of LWC removal, so if you want to keep your items, make sure you don’’t grief) No building outside the zone you have been given. If you do, I will ask you to get rid of the part out of the zone you are given. If you do not comply, I will kick you out. Respect all others in the town. Being overly abusive or mean will be cause for you to be removed. There is no mining in the town allowed. Unfortunately, there is no place to mine in the town. There is always the mining world (for residents) or the wild for mining. You can build all the way to the sky, but as I said before, no building outside your zone. Make sure you notify me if you want to leave or if you will be off the server for any time more than a week. I will kick you out if not notified before hand. If you want to build something outside your zone (a farm, a spleef arena, or something like that) please tell me before you do it, and I will work out with you how to get it done.
