Benefits: *Large Public Farm with All Crops: -Lift signs are provided in the lobby! *Free Mall Space for All Landowners: -Upon being accepted into the town, you may edit the sign on any ONE shop in the mall to claim it as yours! *Fishing Table on Top of the Hotel: -Beautiful view of the town as well as a lift sign to get you there! *Free Erepairs, Lift Signs, Teleports, Water Placements, and Gates: -Provided by Yours Truly! This list may expand as I gather more donation features. *Nearby Teleport: -The teleport is not actually in Bloodstone, but in Kingsford, the town directly connected to it! -There will soon be a town-to-town portal for easier access to Bloodstone! *Very Large PVP Area ((COMING SOON)): -Many plans are being made for a 200x200 PVP area reaching Y:200 from Y:64! -Plans for making this area PVP are set for late May to early June for completion! *Discounted 200x200x3 Melon Farm Perms: -Originally 3k, perms to this farm (which is right next to Bloodstone) are only 1k for landowners! *Town-Hosted Games: -Ever play Fable? Find the Gargoyles and return them to me for a prize! -More games to come with increasing size of the town! RULES: We are not very strict here at Bloodstone. With keeping up with all of the benefits this town has to offer, I don't have time to get into petty arguments over height of the buildings and all of those other rules you see some towns have. Instead, we follow 3 simple rules. 1. DO NOT GRIEF!!!!! -This will result in an INSTANT removal from the town and an INSTANT grief report which may result in a ban from the server. If you are caught griefing, you WILL NOT get a refund and your property will be immediately revoked and searched for the griefed items. It is only fair. 2. Be Courteous to Your Neighbors!!!! -Nobody likes a jerk. Just treat everyone the way you want to be treated. It's the Golden Rule, you know! 3. Just Have Fun! -This town is set up so you can take full advantage of Eco City Craft, whether you're a builder just getting started or a President+ just looking for a great place to hang out with others! Prices may vary based on your /bal. I am willing to work with you on finding the perfect fit for a hotel room. Please keep in mind that the purchase of a hotel room DOES NOT COME WITH TOWN PERMS! This means that you will not get most of the benefits, such as access to the public farm, remodeling your hotel room, or participating in some town-sponsored mini games that involve breaking of objects in the town. This rule is to help minimize griefing and ensure activity.
