Good luck on finding all the scammed users. Hopefully those obble loaned to will pay back to the investors, even if it is not in their contracts.
This.. probably isn't the best idea. A past investor can simply say "I put my money in but didn't get it back" even though they got it back. People will game this, and take advantage of the kind souls who donate, unfortunantly.
I am hoping to trust in the community this time so that majority of people will be honest. However, I will try my best to carefully examine in the event this happens.
I'd think it best to run through complaints and contracts rather than go by an honor system, especially as some scammed users are inactive etc. Though I don't think the willclo thing ran that badly @BillyL24
That's different, though. People gave willclo money and he disappeared with it. That could all be traced in the complaints section. As an investor, what's stopping me from saying Obble got scammed with my money? There's no way to check wether he has it still, or I got it back from him.
As a historical note, staff were able to establish with precision exactly how much players were scammed, and whom, because Willclo's scam was primarily related to feature purchases. So I had an authoritative list of players and dollar amounts directly from the top. I would suggest seeing if such a resource is available here. I know I've seen or heard about a spreadsheet.
I've confiscated over 2,000,000 from Obblebobble in ECD and items. I will double this to 4,000,000 and donate it myself. It is now in your account @MCHelix3000 I only hope it will be distributed absolutely fairly, best to wait until people come forth with everything that's owed to them.
I am owed 99k in investments to his bank. Obble tried to keep the money from me and would not agree to let it go towards my debt to him at that time.

That means you made 600k profit. You're trying to take money from a scam relief fund that can be used for those who were actually scammed hundreds of thousands of dollars.
