I would like to bring up this situation and hopefully it becoming a rule over time. Multiple times some one dies from falling or mobs and the items they drop are then taken by others making them rich. For ex. I want to try some thing when falling off a building so you die but you think that the other person will gladly hand everything back to you is not true and take your hard worked merchandise and sell it. 23 stacks of bread 6 nstars bought a total of around 7k gone . I think a rule should be questioned of making it so everyone keeps it no is sad no one is hurt it is like nothing happened. Ask your self if that was you worked in a farm boring all for bread and money. I hope that any one that reads this and has the power to change this does so. thanks for your time and have a good day.
Why not I know it is free game but it would be an even better server if my suggestion was made possible. im not saying it is a bad server but it would be nice.
because it is almost impossible to prove. you cant take a screenshot of your body minutes after your death if you arent there, and if we made it a rule people would expect punishment. How can we punish someone when we arent even sure if they did it? In addition, like kuke said, just don't die. It is made so hard to die in the main world of ecc that you would need to try to die, or be extremely unlucky (i.e. digging down is a bad idea, minecraft 101). it would not be fair to punish someone for picking up items they just found lying about on the ground, when they might not even know someone just died there. who know, maybe someone dumped it all because they didn't want it.
you can take a screenshot when you die when it says respawn or title screen with all your items in the back ground. It is some what hard to punish someone that you don't exactly what they took so i do see it from both point of views but hell I want to know that someone is kind enough to at least ask if it was someones and if not go ahead so maybe not so much not taking it but at least asking before doing so.
that is all i'm asking for them to just ask. I think the best server is when everyone works together.
It wouldn't be nice, in fact, it would cause a giant tornado of complaints. But that simply won't happen, it's human nature to take advantage of the current situation, people who haven't been taught morals yet, or simply decide to ignore them will take the stuff, even when we make it illegal, people will still take advantage of the fact that there's literally NO proof of them stealing the stuff whatsoever. No, you can't. Someone who you see nearby your items as you die may not have taken the items at all. Some random vanished person could've come and swooped in to take the items, your "evidence" would get an innocent person into trouble.
you are right about that i was really stretching it but i am asking if they found a significant amount of wealth on the ground to be taken to notice and ask before making a fast dollar or 2

Be more careful then. If another user kills you via a trap, then you can file a complaint. If not, be more care.ful
I actually this suggestion is the worst i have seen lol. Like 2 ways to die in main world Falling outside of spawn or dieing of lava. No one really drowns
i didnt drown i died from falling some how i dont even know i thought you couldndt die in the main world
