Minecraft Username: annyonion Brief Description: Nightvision enabled in miningworld, worked for about 5-7 minutes, and then blacked out completely. When un-enabling it, I could see in the dark like normal minecraft gameplay (where it is pitch black with very little light). When I tried enabling it again, everything was just darkness and could not see anything at all. Had to leave miningworld for /nv to work properly again. Instructions: Just using /nv with extcommands++ How many times did you recreate this bug?: 3-4 times Result: Same thing, had to leave miningworld completely for /nv command to function properly again Expected Result: n/a Evidence: /nv turned off: /nv turned on: Just saw MrBojangles73's report on nightvision potion doing the same, so maybe it's not a bug with the command itself but with nightvision in general.
Well at least it's magical? ;-; So there's nothing we can do about it? I just have to leave miningworld every time it does it and return for it to work again ? D:
^ But but but... It works again right after I leave miningworld and return. ;-; I'll have to test it out again with default texture once server is back up.
I tested with default textures, it still happens. The torch thing works though. Once I placed a torch, everything was lit up again. I guess that's currently the only way to fix it right now.
I've seen other users in-game complain about this issue, but I myself have not. Sorry if I wasn't helpful enough.
I will be messing around with this now. Edit: just mined for 10 minutes and i didn't find any issues.
