I am offering loans to users, as I have capital to support this - and I enjoy helping out other friendly ECC'ers. The largest loan I can offer is 20k, and am willing to do anything below that, just forum or in game PM me, or leave a post on this thread. You may ask, what makes me different? I let you choose your interest rate. The following are currently offered- 1 day loans, to be paid back by day-after-next - only 10% 1 week loans, to be paid back by 7 days from the date of loan given - 25% You also receive discounts depending on your rank*! Builder: Not eligible for loans at this time, sorry. Resident: Rates shown above. Mayors: -5% interest on loans Presidents+: -10% interest on loans You also receive discounts if you pay back early! Pay me back before your one week loan is up, you'll pay 5% less interest! You get more discounts if your loan is small! Loans at or below 5k will have 5% less interest, making one day loans 5% and one week loans 20%! Lastly, you may repay in nether stars instead of cash! I will take your nether stars at a rate of $225 per nstar, rounded down. If you would like to do this, please tell me in advance - this might not be accepted depending on demands. All loans are given purely at my discretion. I may refuse to loan money for any reason. I may also ask to collect your loan before it is due, in which case you would pay no interest whatsoever. Rank discounts not offered on one day loans. I will probably check on you often while you still have an outstanding balance, please expect this. Should you fail to have the necessary funds to repay me when your loan is due, I will extend you one week, charging 10% more on your outstanding balance, before reporting you. If interested, drop me a line saying what you'd like to borrow and for how long - I'll work it out from there and get back to you with a contract/in-game agreement.
A 20k loan for one week will be charged at 25% interest and therefore you will have 1 week to pay it back. Unfortunately, due to your other outstanding loans, I have decided not to go forward. Your request is denied, sorry.
