There are plenty of homes/plots with inactive owners that need to be cleared, and we will be doing also some changes to the public areas of the town, as well as to the town rules. Since the town went downhill, only a couple of you showed intentions of trying to help it come back, so if you want to keep your comayor powers you're going to have to prove to me that you're really willing to work and have dedication into the town to help it progress.

I wish to keep my plot, however you may remodel the town as you see fit, as long as i get my plot back.
I'll attempt to also contact you in-game as my wishes regarding my plots are a little complicated. Having said that, I wish to keep two, the other two, do with as you wish (I'll demolish the buildings I have in those areas). P.S.: The two plots I wish to keep are the adjoining ones nearest to the portal, the ones I very recently tore down and remade as a forum... I'll point them out to you in-game if you want.
I don't have intentions of selling it, but I'm always open to offers that take in mind all the features the town has.

If you mean the empire state building, which has a couple shop stalls inside, it will most likely be remodeled. We're not sure if it will continue being a shop building, however.
