I'm new to the server. I was wondering how, without spending real money, I can unlock things like placing water and what not. Was hoping some one would explain it for me. Thanks in advance.
Hello @LRP85, and thank you for joining EcoCityCraft In regards to your question, without spending money in real life, you could look in trade chat (/ch tr) where some people sell donations from anywhere from $6k/USD to $10k/USD. In this case, the Water donation feature costs $15 USD. 15 USD multiplied by 7.5k per USD is 112,500. So the water feature in game at 7.5k/USD would cost $112,500 EcoCityCraft Dollars. It's also good to note that while the donation features are nice, they are not as important as you might think at first. I know when I started I had no clue how I could mine without water (used extensively in single player), but there are many ways around it, and I find myself hardly ever using water when mining anymore. Where time is not an issue, hiring another player to place the water, fire, etc. is a reasonable option, with many players doing small jobs for free.
Besides my Ocelot, I haven't spent a penny myself. You can trade EcoDollars to people who will donate in your name. as lolelf said above. Be careful who you trade with and make sure they have a good history. Hello, welcome to the server! There are a few donations that I would reccomend before getting water/pyro, and that is multihome and Tp (After multihome). While being able to place water and fire is nice, as others said above, is not really nessicary quite yet. You can indeed hire users to place the water/fire for you, as well as doing teleports. However when it comes to homes, thats on you. I can say that multihome is a extremely useful donation feature that allows you to first, set up 5 homes, then when you buy the extended package, you get +20, so in total you have 25 homes. This allows you to set homes at your most frequently visited areas such as farms, towns, etc. The teleport feature will allow you to use commands such as /tpa /tpahere /travel /shop and /warp. Tp feature can be very useful for doing trades, showing people your creations, and warping to various locations. These features are purchasable with Ecodollars, and USD. Purchasing with USD allows you to use paypal, paymentwall, googlewallet, bitcoin, and paysafecard. You mean you can purchase multihome with ecodollars in game? Or pay some one to do it for me like they said before? I was just using placing water as an example, just an FYI. LOL
Yes, you can purchase any feature with ecodollars through a user willing to buy the feature for the ecodollars per $1 USD. You cannot hire users to do "Miltihome" jobs for you. Water, pyro, tp, and many more donations you can hire users who have the feature to do.
What you do is save up in game and u can buy a donation feature using eco$s i usualy seek donation features anywhere from 7k per usd to 8k per use but all people have diferent amounts they sell for. What u do is advertise ingame in /ch tr and say something like looking to buy the donation feature water paying 7k per usd and someone selling donation features will pm u and then u can ether make a contract or do a screen shotted agreement then u pay them the amount u agreed on and the go and buy the donation feature as u and then u can use it and u didnt need to spend any read money.
