Hello. I'm relatively new to Minecraft; I'm new to multiplayer and this server. I really like everything I see so far, so I have donated for some bonuses. I do have a few questions though about the general workings of things. What is the "map" of things? From what I gather, you start in the "Main World" as a Builder. The Main World links to Nations/Towns, mining/nether/aether worlds and activities... Mining world resets every 3-4 weeks (is this announced on the forum before reset?) Am I correct to assume that Nations (and presidents) are groups of towns (mayors), which are groups of plots (residents)? Portals from Main World lead to nations/towns, but nations/towns also have portals in them? I guess eventually I would like to work my way up to mayor, and maybe president to organize an area that I think a lot of people could enjoy.

1: This is an economy server, you have to earn money to rank up. Use the /help ranks and /help money commands while in game to learn a bit more, and as nico said, the wiki has even more info. 2: Correct, however towns/nations are not on different worlds, same world, different parts of the map 3: No announcements, just a twitter update and news post. 4: Kinda, Mayor means you bought 1 town, which you can do whatever with, President means you have bought 2+ towns to do whatever the heck with, Towns do not have to have plots. Also, Presidents do not have any more authority over other towns unless it is their own. 5: The portals link to other portals. There is one portal in the main area, and another in the town. When you spawn you spawn in the main world. This is where towns may be protected. If you find a town you like that is protected, try contacting the mayor if you may get a plot or house there. The mining world is a place where towns may not be protected and where people mine to their hearts content. This is also the best place to go for any natural resources you would like to gather rather than destroying the main world. You can get to the mining world by walking through the portal at spawn, or going through one of the build warps listed on the wood bulletin board in spawn.
