So I have decided to open up my town and sell some plots. I have spent the last few weeks building up my farms and amenities and I believe that the town is ready to be opened. Town includes the following free amenities to those who buy plots: Access to the Town Farm: 50x50x6 3 chunk pumpkin/melon farm. 5,000 pumpkins, 1,000 melons (I typically rent it for $1k an hour) 16x16x6 1 chunk Sugarcane farm. 1,152 cane stalks (produces 2,304 if fully grown to 3 high) 16x16x5 1 chunk Wheat farm. 1,050 wheat. (semi-auto, water wash to 1 collection point) MCMMO Excavation training area. 5x5 gravel column from bedrock to max height (256), guaranteed lava free. Close to spawn, about 250 blocks away. Walk through Wall Street (spawn West gate) hang a right and cross the water. There are convenient stairs to access the town level. Working rail system (almost completed) Town market stalls. Secure trading room (6x6 lwc locked room, enter and flip the switch to shut the iron doors for privacy) Free repair and E-repair chests that I will check once a day. (Password protected by you) I also can perform free TP's, Water, Pyro, /stacks, colored signs, lift/bridge/gate/door signs. Future additions include: Town portal.
