New to ECC

Hey everyone,

I recently started searching for an economy based server to play and I managed to stumble upon ECC. I joined the game and I was welcomed by an array of different players ranging from Builder, to EcoLeaders and as expected the lovely staff.

I always like to play on a server for a couple of days before posting one of these threads, as I dont see a use of posting one as soon as you join a server. But the point of this thread is to let you guys know a little bit about me and what I think of the server.

I've played minecraft since 1.7.1 BETA, I've owned and setup a few servers and was staff on multiple others. I'm 16 years old and I live down under (Australia).

In the 3 days that I've been playing I have met players who have been on since the beginning of ECC and they have mentored me through the basics of the server. The server has an extensively welcoming community, where every player is willing to answer any question thrown in the respectable chat (of course). The rules are strongly enforced and best of all the economy is great.

I love the way how even new players can gain money easily, just by asking in the Trading Chat (/ch tr) if there are any jobs. This is what I did and one of the more wealthy members of ECC gave me a job, making my first dollar on ECC (he payed me more than a dollar, but you get what I mean.)

After that you can do a range of things from mining, to farming and best of all building in an area which you know will be save (a town). The mayors are always helpful and welcoming, and will gladly answer any questions.

Anyways, I hope to see you all online and if you see me online feel free to PM me and have a chat. Im always looking for jobs, so if you need help excavating your town, planting crops for a farm or just bulding in general just chuck me a PM and I'll be on my way.
