Why on earth would you make Builder black? That seems like "Banned."

And all moderators should be visible, not hidden. :/

 

I wouldn't mind the builders being the gray color you have the senior mods at. There would be at least a little bit of contrast. I think the white is a terrible color, and I've always thought that but never thought to bring it up.
