There are too many Tycoon's, they are no longer special anyway. That's kinda why this was added. It's pretty much a way to make there be a new "special" rank. In my opinion, I believe the price should actually still be even higher for it before someone buys it, but I know that won't happen.
Let me rephrase what I said a bit: I believe the price should be raised before someone buys it, but I know that the price won't be raised before that happens.
