Minecraft Name: OhMrsKittyKat Suggestion: Where the Future Plans portal is create a new world called the "Wastelands" "Wilderness" "The Barrens" etc, that would act as a Double ored generated world. As it stands I do not believe the Mining world has double ores as I 95% of the time find the same if not greater amount of ores in the regular worlds, make the so called mining world a regular spawned in world with no ore boost but keep pvp off, and make the new mining world full pvp, but double ores. Reason: PvP is absolutely garbage right now, this will spark the old vintage mining world the game used to have. Any Other Information: Disable mcmmo usage in this world, disable /vanish, disable /disguise, make tps take 30 seconds - 1 minute in this world, whether it be tp out or tping someone in, make it so you cant set a home, make it so you cant use /back. This will cause players to go in groups and will make ecc come together more to help out. A combat tag would be nice aswell, or at least make it so if you record someone combat logging it's against the rules.
I can agree with (almost) all of this, my thoughts though: Mcmmo needs to stay. People have spent hours, and in some cases entire days, training mcmmo skills to help them pvp. If there are double ores the super breaker should not be wasted on that, and if it isn't enabled eff7 users will just fort3 it in the mining world. Old school pvp is already a dying breed due to sg and it's hard enough to pvp with the skills we've trained in a pvp arena. Why allow users to go the easy way out, not train mcmmo, and still reap the full benifits? Combat logging cannot be a rule violation. It would be hard to enforce due to the following comments: My mom told me I had to leave. My internet shut down. Power turned off. Laptop fell asleep. The list is endless... The amount of builders that have not read the rules that would do this would get way out of hand, as it's not exclusive to ECC. All others I could not agree more with. Vanish should not be used in a pvp based thing, and I'm still ~partially~ against the use of it in the nether. Would you suggest disabling the use of potions too? This would be to prevent people from bypassing the /v block you've suggested.
I agree with this but i believe only pvp mcmmo swords/axes/archery should be disabled in this world everything else sounds great
Too many things to disable, people paid for those features! Disguise is fun, vanish ok thatsop, but invis pots are vanilla minecraft. Also if people paid for tp+ they need to keep that aswell. Back is actually most needed for worlds like this so maybe have this back+. I dont really see the point in disable stuff. Because it wont be safe can you trust that guy? Nobody knows. Thats why i often do things like this solo _+0
This makes no sense... But from what I understand from your post, I have all the donation features I suggested get disabled, Idgaf if people paid for them or not they destroy pvp.
Acrobatics isn't as bad as the other 3 ninjasteve listed. But I wouldn't mind if it was disabled in this world.
I forget, was there a combat log system before? Either way, this is not a PvP server, if people combat log, they combat log.
+1 But fly should also be disabled if the other features are. I think thats why the nether isn't popular it's not cool to have a person that can die and /home back to you over and over while you collect his stuff or tp friends to his side to kill you or fly away.
In SG you find your own equipment in chests which are random. Kits are for people that want to donate so they don't have to find items. For a pvp world your only limited to what you bring. You can bring what you want to bring. It ties into the economy server because it opens a new market that is currently dead (pvp swords, armor, potions for pvp, and other enchantments). Adding kits and advantages would take away from the purpose of making this in the first place because people with minimal armor or enchantments can easily out match fully armored players using features. This defeats the purpose of incorporating this to balance money making options for players of all skills and all strengths.
It is supposed to be fun and fair we dont want anyone being insta killed also in this you bring your own pvp gear you do not use kits
I do want this, and I'm not some crazy PvP fanatic. I just think the fun of knowing you're in a PvP area adds to the experience/fun of the Mining world.
mining world with pvp was really fun, especially the first version, the dense jungle with only creepers +1
