As of Tuesday, May 6, at 5:45 PM EST, I have bought sole ownership of this town from @THCOOL. I would have left all current permissions untouched, but I plan on major renovations which will affect the town layout. So, here is what will be happening. You DO NOT have to remove your belongings/possessions from the town if you agree to adhere to all new town rules. (will be posted below ASAP) If you no longer can access the town, don't fret! Simply go through the "Fishmonger" portal and head to the right! (@emongolab @rarebasilisk THCOOL told me that residents of this town are allowed to use your portal. I do hope you will allow this to continue. I owned this town for a long time... when i sold it to thcool he agreed the he and the owner he would sell it to would NOT tear down my casino that i have put much money and effort into. It is my sole source of income... and I need to keep it. This was part of my deal with thcool which I am pretty sure I have screenshots of that I could post user complaint with. If you must take down my casino i require a large compensation payment of 25k or greater, 25k being the amount or more that I have spent building the casino and the games. If you do not agree to pay 25k or keep my casino I will have to file a ban request. @THCOOL @williamannin
Although I do not have any intentions of removing any members from the town (this is not an eviction notice ), THCOOL only notified me of this AFTER I bought the town (I have screenshots). I will not remove your casino unless absolutely necessary, but I cannot agree to the compensation request. I was not informed of this until afterwards, and so in the case it needed to be removed, I would not be able to provide that much. However, do not worry about compensation and such since I do not have plans of removing the casino. However, please be aware that you still will be required to follow the general town rules (99% are the same ) and notify me if you go inactive beyond 14 days. In the case that you go inactive for a period of fourteen days without any notice /mail'ed or forum pm'ed to me, I will have to remove you from the town/lwc. However, you seem to be quite an active player, so this should not be a problem at all. One thing I may ask of you at a later point is for you to possibly reduce the size by a few blocks or so. The sheer size may be a problem at a later date, in which I might ask you to just shrink the ends in by a few blocks. Since your building is very large to start, I do hope this will not be a problem and that you can simply shrink the size a small amount (e.g.: if it was 40x20, it will need to be 35x20) I hope we can cooperate on this and come to a reasonable solution.
