[Tycoon+]: 42.5% down payment upon reservation of plot. First two days are interest-free, and upon third day back-interest will begin at a flat rate of 7%/day. You have 7 days to pay the full balance before the reservation expires and the down-payment is kept as collateral.​

[President]: 47.5% down payment upon reservation of plot. First two days are interest-free, and upon third day back-interest will begin at a flat rate of 8%/day. You have 7 days to pay the full balance before the reservation expires and the down-payment is kept as collateral.​

All down-payments are to be kept as collateral by the town owner. Balance is expected to be paid in full, including interest, by the end of the financing period. If you do not pay the full balance by the end of the 7-day financing period, the down-payment is kept and your reservation expires. No negations on interest rates.
