What are you suggesting:

If possible, If you have a mute issued against you, you cannot place signs or use book and quills​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Both of these can be used by players while muted, and they can still communicate. When I was on staff last (which lasted two months), I had to permamute or ban at least five users because they placed signs continuing the reason they were muted in the first place. Also, there was a user recently that made books while muted to continue his trolling. If users don't have access to placing signs and writing in book and quills, it would feel more like a full mute.​

Other information:

Again, if this is possible. I don't know if it is or if it is worth implementing, but it is something that I've been thinking about for a while.​
