Short answer: No. Longer answer: Pink is already used by the main world's nether ranks for Builders to Presidents; staff colors should be unique. (I've been corrected; this is no longer the case.) Also, making pink a staff color would mean banning the use of &d in all nicknames as &3, &c, &4 and &9 are already disabled for being staff colors.
What purpose would it serve other than being a highly annoying eye burning and just plain ugly color for a staff rank. So uh... No?
How about no? Why would we give up another colour to the mods? If it were up to me, all mods would be either &3 or &c.
