Need town Co-Mayors for Nymeria

Hey guys i have just started my town called Nymeria and i am looking for some co-mayors to help fill it up unfortunalty it will cost $18000 eco dollars to become a co-mayor as i need some cash to buy a town portal and materials for other town structures.
once you are co-mayor i will listen to any suggestions you have.

Construction Rules
-No dirt or cobble homes (they look ugly)
-No big farms, their are lots on the server already, i am making a 200x50 farm
Rules of co-mayors:
1. I keep 50% of what you sell the plot for.
2. Do not do LWC or grief reports unless i want you to
3. Be kind to all resedents of Nymeria

If you are inactive for over 7 days i have the right to post a eviction notice on your house. During this time you have the option to return and appeal this within a 4 day period buy sending me mail or pm in game. After this i have the right to sell the land with no refund.
