Water is usually $15 (about $90,000 ECD). Today, however, is the last day of the August Super Sale, so it is only $12 (about $72,000 ECD) today.
For $12/15, you can also get Multihome (4 more homes- total of 5), Backpack (another row of inventory), /back (a warp to your death spot), unlimited LWC locks, and Pyro, which allows you to work with dispensers and lava, among other things.
You get a kit for water with 1 sponge, 1 water bucket and 64 ice. (given you're talking about the water feature, still)
I think you understood the question better than I did. Anyway, you can buy features at the Shop. There's a tab for it on the top of this page.
You need to go to ECC in-game. A giant note appears in your chat saying that you got your feature. It's hard to miss. It should not take more than 5 minutes at most.
Hello Fantast! Something that many told me way back in the day was to think about getting multihome or tp or fly before getting water - their point being that it was better for your first donations being something that is more personal and not easily purchased by other players in game.
