    I can't seem to find threads that give information about things like World Edit costs/guidelines, Extra Town costs and cost for presidency (think I saw this once but can't remember where). I appreciate any attention given to this post.

    President is 140k. You need to apply for 2nd town at the same time when you apply for president.
