Need community help on a project

Some of you may remember a resource pack that I made that was focused around the colors of our forums. After I had taken a break from ECC, I closed the project and let others pick it up. Now that I'm back, I've picked up the project again and have been working on updating it to 1.9.4. Here is a few screenshots of a preview:

I have a few more things to work on before releasing this to the public but would also like to request some quotes to add to the main menu. Only three quotes will be allowed per person and it must follow chat rules. If you would like to have a shout out added to this resource pack reply to this thread and I will add it. Colors are allowed as long as they follow the minecraft color code. People that participate will have their name added to the changelog that will be included in the pack and I will also tag them in the official thread that is in the resource packs section.

I will close this thread after 1 week and post a link to the resource pack once it is complete.

How should I do the formatting for the quotes? So far I'm removing the ""s around the quote and doing ~ instead of - before the names.
