Hello, I am looking for a Co-Mayor for the town of Grandway. The town consists of a 200x200 wheat farm with a town over top of it with plots. The job of the Co-Mayor would be to run the town as I am inactive. Job Of Co-Mayor 1. Repair the town - Grandway had some encounters with destruction happy griefers a few months ago and parts of the town need repairs (mostly the farm is left). I repaired a lot of the dmg but it still needs a decent bit. 2. Manage the town, Try to make the town an active town - As I do not play town management will fall solely on the co-mayors, I will pop on every few weeks however to see if the Co-Mayor needs anything. 3. Clear up the town - Clear up the town, remove inactive residents ect... Perks of Co-Mayor 1. Access to all town facilities - As few as we do have. 2. Abiity to sell plots/market stalls/farm permits in grandway. Rules For Co-Mayor 1. Do your job plz (See Job of Co-Mayor) 2. Dont lwc anything locked by Kalvb123, RyanBlocks2, 4tee, or Rollsicy these have all been Owners/Co-Owners of Town. 3. Dont remove owners from the town. 4. Dont destroy my spawn building without permission from me and a plan for a new one. (I like mah spawn building thx). [EDIT] 5. If "Yes" please explain: I have never been banned and not a single complaint has been written agaisnt me, which is something I pride myself upon. 4. Why should I pick you? You should pick me because: I am dedicated, enthusiastic and patient I have the TP feature meaning I can get players to the plots quickly I will dp my best to be as active as possible I am able to advertise and make up a town thread if necassary I can attract player to the town, sell plots, sell perms and market stalls for an affordable, well though out price 5. How active will you be within the town? During the next three weeks, during school term, I have assessments and the like so I must do revision but I will try and be on at least an hour a day, maybe more, maybe less. After this time (from the 18th December onwards) I will be on for a longer time, possibly not Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, but all the others I should be fine. Hello, unfortunately builders cannot be added as Co-Owners to towns. However, I am willing to wait for builders to get resident if I choose them as Co-Mayor if they still wish to be Co-Mayor of the town. I will edit this into my description. - All apps will be under consideration by me until I feel like it is a good time to pick one (most likely within a week or so from now). To answer your question all the money from any sales will go to the Co-Mayor; as for plot cost ect. that is up to the Co-Mayor as they will be running the town.

I understand all of the terms stated. 3. Have you ever been banned? No, never even had a complaint. 4. Why should I pick you? My trustworthiness, and amount of time I have to spend on the region. I also see a high amount of potential in this particular city, and I would love to let that potential show. 5. How active will you be within the town? Highly depends on what I have going on that day, but most likelky at least 1.5 hours per day.
