Welcome to Siberia Nation Siberia currently consists of 3 towns all of which are located in Legacy. Brokenhill, Oakshore and Diamond_Valley. All 3 towns are connected to eachother. Brokenhill Mayor (@Aaron_Mifsud), Co-Mayor(@tiffy_jade) This is the nations first town. It was founded by both Aaron_Mifsud and tiffy_jade on 6th July 2013. Since then there have been many residents come and go. We are currently looking for new members to join our growing community. Diamond_Valley Mayor (@Aaron_Mifsud), Co-Mayor(@tiffy_jade) This is our nations farm. you may purchase permissions to farm here at a discounted rate. Other members of the EcoCityCraft community are also entitled to purchase permissions. Please see Siberia's pricing schedule for current pricing. Oakshore Mayor(@Aaron_Mifsud), Co-Mayor(@tiffy_jade) This is our newest town. It is currently under construction. Our aim is to have a slightly wealthier town here. There will be a city hall with smelting signs, small shop stalls which members of the town can rent. Nation Rules ALL server rules are in place in ALL of Siberia's towns. As well as ALL our nation rules. 1. No Griefing. Destroying, Placing, Locking of ANY block outside your plot without written approval by a Mayor or Co-Mayor is classed as griefing. Our Mayors and Co-Mayors have access to Investigator. Any griefer's will be immediately evicted from the nation. 2. No spamming of local chat. 3. The current build limit is 35 blocks above ground level. Extra height limits may be applied for. This extra height will incur a fee. Please see the nation pricing schedule 4. Be respectful. Everyone is different, everyone like different things and everyone has different beliefs. Respect them. 5. Members of the nation farm in Diamond_Valley MUST replant after farming. If you don't replant it will be treated as griefing and you may be evicted. 6. No arguing with nation staff members. Staff members are classed as Mayor or Co-Mayor. Staff will have the final say. 7. No Stealing. Pretty simple really. If its not yours don't take it. This includes unlocked chests. Staff of Siberia will not take any responsibility for any loss of items. learn LWC commands and /lock all your chests and furnaces. 8. All plots will have a locked sign with the plot owners name and plot number. Do not block or interfere with these signs. They are there to assist with our property ownership system. 9. Build only within your plots border. Do not build on or over this border. The border is there to assist with our property ownership system. 10. If you are inactive for more than 14 days without written notice, you may be evicted and your plot sold to someone else. At the end of 14 days of inactivity you will be issued your official eviction notice. From then you will have 3 days to remove your locks and items from your plot. failing to do so will result in nation staff applying for LWC removals and all items become the property of the town owners. See below for a list of the current prices. 10x10 in Brokenhill $1,000 10x10 in Oakshore $1,500 20x20 in Brokenhill $2,000 20x20 in Oakshore $3,000 25x25 in Brokenhill $3,000 25x25 in Oakshore $4,500 30x30 in Oakshore $6,000 40x40 in Oakshore $12,000 Town plot extra height. There will be a fee of $1,000 for every 5 blocks above the normal build height restrictions. The current build height level will be stated on the locked plot sign adjacent to the plot. exceeding the limit stated will result in a fine of $1,000 payable immediately upon infringement notice. failure to pay will result in the removal of blocks beyond your current build limits. What is the purpose of of the extension? Farm Permissions are currently $2000 per month. All monthly payments must be paid at the start of each calendar month. Thank You for your response. Your plot will remain un-touched. you may start to notice quite a few changes happening around your plot as we re-develop the town and remove in-active plots. If you have any concerns please let me know.
