Well, you're pretty lucky, you've found the right thread! - We have several plot sizes to choose from and more on the way! --- Town Mayors AceThunder --- Plot Sizes- 15x15 = $3,500 20x20 = $5,000 20x40 = $10,000 30x30 = $7,000 --- Town Features- Erepairs Water/Pyro placement Smelts Investigations Anvil services Farm access All these features come free *unlimited times* with your perms until you leave the town. --- Screenshots Town Hall: Town Geography Our nation, "The nation of perfection" so far consists of 2 200x200 block Towns, 'Paragon' and 'Aces' with more additions to come! Paragon is currently open with plots available for sale! But first, take a look at the rules you'll have to comply with in order to join the town: Rules ------------ 1. All server rules are in effect. This includes basic rules about language and general standards of behavior. 2. No trolling. If you genuinely don't know what "trolling" means, look it up now. 3. No harassment of the mayors (or players). We are here to help, but we are not your minions. 4. No griefing. This includes altering or destroying public buildings and roads, as well as all the other destructive behaviors already prohibited by the server. Placing LWCs or breaking or placing ANY blocks without permission outside your plot is also griefing. 5. No stealing from other town residents, regardless of whether their belongings are in locked chests. 6. Do not build anywhere outside the plot outlines. They are not part of your plot, so don't build where they are, and do not remove them. They are how we keep track of land ownership. (It goes for the glowstone as well.) 7. Do not obscure access to or visibility of the locked sign on one one corner of your plot, or in the lobby of your condo building. It is the only written record of your property ownership. 8. The public farm is a shared resource, and MUST be replanted after every harvest. Failure or "forgetting" to replant counts as griefing. 9. If you are inactive for more than 14 days, your plot may be cleared and resold at any time. The town is simply moving too fast to make acceptions anymore. 10. Maximum building height is 64 blocks above your plot, and you may go down by 10 blocks. Calculate your height limit from the ground level of your plot. 11. No mining under the town. 12. No ugly builds. Please don't build your house entirely out of dirt, cobblestone or other muck, and no giant windowless boxes. If you need help with this, shoot StormBoltX, or BlazeInfinite a pm or a /mail 13. Secure your belongings inside your house. Learn to use LWC commands. The town is not responsible for things you lose otherwise. 14.Use common sense and don't bend our rules! **Failure to comply with the the rules above will result in immediate eviction from the nation with not a penny refunded.
