Okay I have 2 questions. Will name changes be allowed on Ecc? (Here is the second question but its not really a question) I have an alt account that was banned on Ecc for an innaproprate username, I gave this account to my cousin to use (I no longer use this account). He wants to play on Ecc, I was wondering if he changed the name of the account if he could be unbanned and let play. Thank you.
