    It won't be supporting it in the future or any time soon.... but you are aloud to change lower case letters to capital letters or vice versa...

    There are currently no plans to allow name changes (other than case) on ECC. If and when these plans change notice will be given accordingly.

    Most likely never alot of other servers are blocking it to so ecc is not the only one doing it.
