I changed my name from 1kewlbro1 to KewlSloth, but now I can't get my items out of my chests because "That Private Chest is Locked by 1kewlbro1". Pls Halp
@1kewlbro1, since you changed your name, you're going to need to file a name change application here: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/forums/applications-name-changes.129/ When the application is processed, you can get the items in your chest.
My bad, chances are his locks were really old, and didn't have his uuid listen on them so they didn't change over.
yes. You're correct. But a forum name change doesn't fix that, lol. He just needs the locks removed so he can lock them again. @1kewlbro1 although you do need to change your name on the forums (see page linked by logan), to get the locks fixed you just have to contact a supermod in-game, and they'll unlock them so you can relock them.
@1kewlbro1 According to this news post http://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/name-changes-on-ecocitycraft.121270/ about name changes, which on it it does mention LWC's. When the LWC system changed over uuid's were added, and some really old ones didn't get changed over. There were instructions on how to make sure it would change over. Which involved unlocking and relocking the chest to update the lock. It sounds like this seems to be the issue here.
